Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

United States

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

International Orders

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Address Lost or Delayed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

We may not be able to modify the address after the order has been processed.
Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.
Road To Makkah Shop is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
